Eligibility Criteria

We're looking for committed farmers across the UK who meet the following criteria

Active UK farm with valid farm business registration

Minimum 10 hectares of arable land available

Willingness to obtain a hemp cultivation licence (if not already held)

Commitment to follow trial protocols and record data

Ability to provide accurate yield measurements

Agreement to share anonymised trial data

Note: You don't need to have a hemp licence to apply. If selected, we'll guide you through the licensing process. The Home Office licence costs £580 and is now valid for 6 years (from the 2026 season). It typically takes 8-12 weeks to obtain. Read our complete hemp licence guide for full details.
